No matter the work you do, or your lifestyle, you must have been in this position. You feel that bounding sensation up in your head, making you feel like your brain is trying to pop out. Headaches come in different types, with each of them giving the sufferer different sensational feeling up in their head. Some of them come as sharp headaches, while the other comes with a bang, making them feel dull at that point

In as much as some headaches come out of oblivion, some are symptoms of diseases like malaria, and it is also common with stress and eye problems. Though a hard impact on the head can still trigger headaches, the commonest of them remain stress. Headaches are very easy to treat unless it is a symptom of a bigger illness, which, in such cases, doctor’s services is very much needed.

1. Get a good Sleep

It is good to relax your nerves once awhile; it has been said that an average adult needs not less than 7-8 hours of sleep daily. But if you have problems getting a night of good sleep, try to talk to your doctor. Nevertheless, it would be best if you had that sleep. 

2. Eat Well

To prevent headaches, you must learn how to eat healthily; try not to skip meals. Avoid foods or drinks that contain caffeine, and avoid taking alcohol on an empty stomach. Again, try and lose weight if you are obese. 

3. Exercise

Encage in a regular aerobic physical exercise, only then can you be able to improve your mental and physical health. Some of the exercises you should consider are swimming, walking, or cycling. But be careful not to engage in strenuous activities in the name exercises.

4. Reduce stress

Avoid stressing it, not engage in activities that will stress you out, be it mentally or physically. Try to be organized, take every schedule one step at a time, and not try to do it. Just plan, try some stress reduction techniques like yoga, meditation, or tai chi.

5. Drug overuse

Try staying moderate with your drugs; it has been observed that people we take to self-medication often suffer from drug overuse. Each time they feel they are not getting better, they keep taking those drugs, a situation that can lead to a headache.

Finally, even as we engage in these precautionary measures to prevent headaches, we should also know when to see our doctors. This is because most times, headaches can be a symptom to an alignment. Again, try to be wary of the postures you attain because that too can trigger headaches.
