The healthcare industry hasn’t hard it so good with the arrival of Craniosacral therapy (CST): a hands-on body treatment that provides relief to the beneficiary going through pains that emanates as a result of body imbalance. Craniosacral Therapy is a practice that improves the efficiency of the biological healing process by boosting body self-regulation, self-healing, and self-correction. Again, CST can still be used on both children and adults.

From the way the CST is programmed, it makes use of a mild touch to examine movements and membranes of fluids around the central nervous system. When applied to a particular section of the body, it relieves the tension on that surface, hence promoting a more comfortable feeling by boosting the immune system while eliminating the pain.

While on the process, the practitioner gently places their hands beneficiary’s body, helping them release the “fascia,”: the body’s connective deep tissue. The fascia comes in the form of a covering seen in every part of the body, including the glands, nerves, muscles,  spinal cord, brain, blood vessels, and organs. Since the human body is interconnected at all levels, the practice of CST can eliminate pain outside its affected zone.
