5 Fruits you need to eat before the year ends, and their Health Benefit

Scientifically, fruits are the best source of vitamin C, but some of them go beyond playing their original role as the primary supplier of vitamin C to provide other nutrients, and vitamins like fiber, bromelain, manganese, Vitamin A, and E. Eating fruits are very good for the body, it shields the body from any diseases, but eating the right ones is equally very important as well.

This article lists five fruits that every healthy person must take to (or at least try out) before the year runs out. It will only be fair if we add that it is better to eat your fruits before a meal, rather than after a meal as most of us have always been taught.

This Healthy Meal Includes:

1. Grapefruit 

It may have all the awkward taste in the world, but this is the most recommended fruit for people seeking to lose weight. Aside from being a good source of vitamin, it also does well in reducing insulin resistance. Grapes are good for kidneys; it helps in the prevention of kidney stone.

2. Pineapple

Apart from being a good source of vitamin C, it also contains manganese and bromelain: this is a powerful anti-inflammatory agent and can digest protein even faster. Medically, 237ml of pineapple (one cup) provides the body with 131% of vitamin and 76% of manganese.

3. Avocado

When other fruits are getting high in carbs, the Avocado comes with low carbs and contains healthy fats. Fats in avocados contain Oleic acid: a fat type that has been said to be a strong anti-inflammatory agent. Apart from the unique fat content in this fruit, it also contains a substantial amount of fiber, potassium, and manganese.

4. Blueberries

This is another extremely nutritious fruit rich in vitamins C, K, fiber, and manganese. This fruit is also said to contain the highest antioxidants fruit. Daily consumption of blueberries can help fight stress and infection in the body. Again, berries are very good for the brain; it helps with memories, especially for older people.

5. Apples

As they say, an apple a day keeps the doctor away. This is because apples are powerful detoxicates, aside from having large vitamin C, it also contains vitamin A and fiber. Apples are also good for the heart and prevent cancer, type 2 diabetes, Alzheimer’s.

Finally, you should try as much as you can to add one of the fruits mentioned above to your meal daily, but try not to consume it in excess. Another fruit you also need to consider is pomegranate because of its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant contents and can help fight against infectious diseases.

Also, consider adding mangos to your meal; besides being a good vitamin C source, it also contains soluble fiber, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant contents. Others include strawberries, cranberries, lemons, Durian, Watermelon, and Olive. Those fruits can be a good source of vitamins C, A, and E.
